We’re located in Hollywood, FL inside “Accupoint Holistics” Suite 312 If you are feeling sick or experiencing any flu/ cold like symptoms reschedule your appointment or contact me directly if you have come in contact with anyone with COVID-19. ✨Preparation✨ Please arrive with a clean face and with no makeup on to allow more time for your appointment . ✨Form(s) of Payment ✨ Cash / google and apple pay / Debit or Credit Card there is a 3.5% processing fee for debit/credit cards. 
(NO ZELLE, CASH APP ,VENMO, ETC. ) ✨Fills ✨ 
Please book your fills every 2-3 weeks. Lashes must be 50% full to still be considered a fill anything less will be considered a full set. (A good way to tell is if you can count your lashes its a fullset.) ✨ NO GUESTS ✨ Unless approved! Cancellation Policy
Criminal Beauty enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a fee for any no-shows and/or cancellations made with LESS than 24hrs notice. Note that you will be considered a no-show if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. Cancellation and No-Show Fee is 50% of the service(s) booked. By inputting your card information when booking, you hereby agree to this policy. (You will not be able to rebook if you have any pending fees.)
